Truman". A statement was printed with the transcript of the 322nd press conference (Public Papers of the Presidents, Harry S. Truman, 1952-1953, page 1196-1197): "The President's three hundred and twenty-third news conference, his 'budget seminar' of January 8, 1953, was not transcribed by the White House Official Reporter. The tape recording is incomplete, and the voices are not always audible. The conference, therefore has not been included in this volume."
